Harout Chouljian, MS, PA, is a healthcare and telemedicine consultant who advises organizations at the intersection of telecommunications, digital health, and clinical medicine. At Wireless 20/20, Harout focuses on the firm’s Tele-Medicine practice, helping clients design, evaluate, and deploy connectivity-driven healthcare solutions that improve access, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Harout brings hands-on clinical experience to his advisory work, enabling him to bridge the gap between medical practice and network infrastructure.
